My listing disappeared from the site?!??

My listing disappeared from the site and I have paid for a one year subscription. My subscription started on September 15th 2011.

What's the matter? This will make me lose business...

I do not want my renters to think that I do not rent anymore.

I do not check my listing everyday... should I???

I wrote to Vacation Rentals to get an answer, I hope they will correct this fast.

Any idea? Did it ever happened to someone before?

I check my listings frequently, and send a test inquiry regularly just to make sure I get the inquiry and know for certain it’s not tampered with.
Suggestion: set your web browser homepage to open at your website listing
