Right off the bat, there is something I REALLY like about it: making "circles" where I can easily control who sees what.

I have a circle for "employees" where I share info with my employees I don't want the world to see.

I have a circle for "customers" where I share info with my customers I don't want the world to see

I have a circle for "vacation rentals" so when I share vacation rental specific info it doesn't go to everyone.

YOU may want to consider having an "employees" and a "homeowners" section... so you can share more easily with your homeowners.
