Does VRBO have a DO NOT RENT TO list?

We have had our cottage on VRBO for 3 years now, and have had great success. This last week we have had the renter from HELL, I can only imagine what they will write for a review.

I do not wish these renters on anyone, so I was wondering if there is a list to write down renters names so they don't rent from other VRBO listings.

These people complained about EVERYTHING EVERYDAY...and it was all lil things, too much sand on the floor (house is on a beach) goose poop, weeds from lake, seriously!! lol

Please let me know.

I have had a very bad experience this weekend also. These renters contracted for 8 people, as of today there are 17 people in our home, the house sleeps 10 max. Would not leave, demanded $$ back if they left.I could not get them out! I wouldn't wish these horrible people on anyone, they lie, cheat and deceive. Can we post their name??

I also signed up - free membership - the listing has about 7 names on it - definately post your bad experience!

I've been using guestchecker.com for about a year now and it works great! According to their website, they have 11,500 members and over 30,000 renter names! I agree with minime, badvacationrenter.com now has 12 names on it. I don't think thats a very comprehensive list. Regardless, I still post bad names on both sites. However, when i'm SCREENING my renters, I use Guestchecker only.
