George Volsky is the Strategic Community Manager, PM, and a leading anaylyst of the vacation rental industry with an extensive  background in finance and travel economics as transportation industry analyst and aviation attorney.  He spent years as a vacation rental manager on the Outer Banks of North Carolina and more than 12 years as an independent consultant to vacation rental managers. Ben Edwards is the Vice President of Royal Shell Vacations, one of the largest and most successful rental management firms in Southwest Florida. Before Royal Shell Vacations, Ben founded Waterstone Resorts in 2005 to manage resort developments along the gulf coast of Florida. Prior to forming Waterstone, Ben worked for ResortQuest as General Manager of its Southwest Florida operations, where he managed more than 2,400 units. While at ResortQuest, he was also involved with a variety of finance-related projects, including the management of centralized financial and payroll system implementations, internal and operational auditing, financial analyses of acquisition targets and post acquisition purchase price adjustment analyses of recently acquired companies. Ben is a past-director and Treasurer of the Vacation Rental Managers Association.
