this apartment should be near day and night activities.

apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms(one half bathroom) and fully equipped kitchen.

free internet access, 2 TV's connected to satellite.

5 mins walk to Metro station.

near to Taksim square.

How long to hear back from Property Manager on VRBO?

I am new to VRBO...looks like a great site. We are trying to go to Breckenridge, CO for Easter/spring break and found a place that seems "almost too good to be true". It is new luxury resort "Grand Lodge at Peak 7". The listing for this 2 bedroom unit is less than half of others listed and does not have an owner or number to contact. It just lists to contact Property manager by email. It's been 2 days and I have not heard anything. I even called the main resort and they quoted much higher prices and didn't think that the listing price sounded right and I should be cautious. I don't know whether to pursue my dates, get the extra protection from VRBO or wait until I hear back...Any suggestions? This place looked awesome and the family is excited, it is a "new listing" too. Don't know if I am finding the deal of the century or going to get ...stuck!

Love the requests we get from folks wanting to combine as many adventures and activities into as little amount of time as possible, thinking they'll create abundant memories to cherish forever...all this before they've even landed. It happens time and again. A trip of a life time or a yearly family reunion begins on the internet, searching for deals and "best" advise...its important to gain control of your vacation yet i have found that most visitors to Kauai seems to rapidly downshift from hyper speed to slow motion savor once in their accomodation. More times than not, i cancel substantial amounts of bookings as guests realize a helicopter trip and a Na Pali sunset cruise is going to kill a large portion of their family. Its ok to sit quietly still after having hiked or surfed the entire day and just be together, sip some pinot while a private chef cooks some fresh Ono in the kitchen. Casual sunrise strolls on the warm shoreline can tempt many away from the ziplining tour. I'm not slandering the tried and true local vendors. I have worked for many of them and send folks their way often. Just know that the subtle and breathtaking nuances of Kauai are best discovered as the genuine moments unfold themsleves without pursuit of time line or sense of urgency.

Sheridan, WY vacation rentals

Hey anyone - need some vacation help. We are going to Sheridan, WY next summer for a trip and we are looking for a fun filled resort/get away. We would like something in the mountains, by the mountains (beautiful view). We have approx 15 people - of all ages. Would like a cabin or house or such. Want to be able to grill outside, sit by a fire (if weather permits), fish, hike and just enjoy! Want/need indoor plumbing. All 15 do not need to sleep in same quarters probably would prefer not to. Since the majority of our stay will be in Sheridan we don't want to have to drive to far and only want to camp it for two days - some people require three days.

If you could give me some ideas I sure would appreciate it

We are a family of 4 and need a vacation rental anywhere in the Keys from Aug 7-16, 2012. We would like private dockage, at least 3 beds, a full kitchen, and barbeque. We don't need anything fancy. Just looking to fish and relax. We would like to have a boat rental delivered or be able to rent a boat from the property owner. Our budget for the stay is up to $1700 for the house. $1200 payable immediately and $500 on the 21st. We can pay up to $1000 for a power/motor boat rental, but not until we arrive.
