I'm finding it really discourging that I find a house I love and the price is reasonable until I realize its based on 2 occupants or family of 4. We are a family of five and always seem to get hit hard because we decided to have a third child. So if you having a listing in the Black Hills area please post your listing so we can check it out. We are currently looking at June 9-16 but the date is negotible.
